This beautiful property is located on Cacao Ridge, a small neighborhood in Platanillo, and sits at about 1500 ft above sea level and has wonderful ocean and mountain views as well as a great breeze and a great climate. The main house is a 2 bedroom with pool and then there is a separate 1 bedroom guest house on the property. It is a 5 min drive on a well-maintained gravel road to the town of Platanillo and then a 10 min drive on a paved road down to Playa Dominical, a cute surf town, with an amazing beach.

The main house is 2800 sq ft and has its own gated entry off of the road. There is a one-car carport attached to the house and an entrance from there into the house so on rainy days you don’t need to get wet. There is also the main front door. The home has 2 bedrooms, one at each end with the living room, dining room, and kitchen in between. The layout is perfect for privacy and for entertaining. The master bedroom is on the far right and has an ensuite bathroom, a large closet, and a small room that could be a walk-in closet or an office. The second bedroom is at the left end of the home and then there is a full bathroom that you access off of the living room for that bedroom and for guests. There are also 2 very large dry room closets, 7 ft x 10 ft and 7 ft x 8 ft, off of the living room that is big enough to be small bedrooms if you were to use the home as an Air BnB.

The layout of the living area and kitchen flow perfectly and you can see the ocean from everywhere. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, 2 double sinks, and plenty of prep space to satisfy any chef’s needs. The living room opens up to the covered patio and the spectacular 60 Ft Infinity Lap Pool. The pool is AMAZING!!! Off of the pool deck, there is an outdoor shower and a half bathroom that people can use while swimming without going through the house.
