Rancho Las Colinas

Rancho Las Colinas is an expanding residential community and golf country club development located in the Guanacaste Province of Costa Rica. Positioned along the country’s north Pacific Gold Coast, it sits between the authentic village of Matapalo and the world-renowned surf destination of Playa Grande. As of 2026, only a few homes have been built. The gated community is situated roughly a 10-minute drive from the white sands of Playa Grande and Las Baulas Marina National Park. It sits a 15-minute drive from the bustling hub of Tamarindo and the new Flamingo Marina. The property features an 18-hole championship golf course designed by respected architect Ron Garl, incorporating river corridors and rolling rocky hillsides. The golf course is currently not operated and is not open to the public (2026). The master project was acquired a few years ago by Grupo Garnier, one of Costa Rica’s largest residential developers, driving strong investor interest in real estate lots and luxury villas.
