Lot 22 is situated on the middle slopes of the Montaña Sector of La Reserva Camaronal (LRC) and is one of two oversized lots that are intended specifically for a modest vertical condo or hotel operation. Lot 22 extends down the slopes of the mountains from its 200 meter long northern boundary defined by Paseo de las Kempi.

Lot 22 is about 1200 meters away from the expansive beach of Camaronal, where the Refugio Nacional de Vida Silvestre Camaronal is home to a sea turtle protection refuge with a hatchery and year round volunteer staff for protection of the four species of sea turtles that nest here. Despite Guanacaste’s renown for water shortages, LRC has five bored wells, all legally registered with the Direction of Waters. The Montaña Sector of LRC is the largest of the three Condo Law sectors.
