PAYMENT PLAN:
- USD 10,000 reservation deposit
- USD 200,000 for titled land transferred to your name
- 40% of the remaining balance to start the construction of your house once permits are approved.
- 40% of the remaining balance once the halfway mark has been reached on construction. (*the halfway point, meaning the house has reached a stage where the roof is on, the windows are in, and the house is weatherproof.
- On final inspection and completion of the home, the remaining 20% will be required.
* Your USD 10,000 deposit is fully refundable. It will be placed in a secure escrow account that can only be accessed once Avemoana has received all government and local municipality consents and approvals.
